Some of the best German fare I've had was in Guadalara. Delicious deep red, lean hamhocks, served with lightly sweet kraut. Dark draft. Good "Mexican" food.

Fantastic atmosphere of combined warm and savory moments.

[QUOTE=LexusLover;1052655766]One of the greatest "mexican" dishes I've had was in Alyssa's Kitchen.Delicious red snapper covered with spicy mango pico de gallo, served with ensalada . Corona light con limon y sal. Excellent "Mexican" food. I must say! Lol

Well, on the East Side, there are at least two dozen Taco Wagons on Freeport St alone between I-10 and Woodforest.

I will see if I can send one your way.

I'm just the opposite. I LOVE to eat Kraut with their blonde hair, blue eyes and big firm boobs. Just love them!

Don't mean to hijack a taco/racism thread- but Katy now has plenty of authentic Asian places, as good as downtown or Chinatown.

Have you tried the red kind? It's sweeter and has a slightly different texture - very yummy. Think I'll make German food this weekend. A schnitzle (sp) with those 'taters you were talking about and kraut with a nice rose mmmmm.
