I have done it many times. It is always understood there will be NO kind of interaction with the other dude...TGO don't roll that way. But, for the lady is can be great fun. Ya know, every post of this type that's been posted on other boards, the providers have commented that 95% of the guys aren't comfortable with it... let's face face it.. a guy who wants to have sex with another guy there is gay... the woman is just a mediating agent... oh gee, should I not have said that out loud? I've done it and it was fine. At first it was weird, but once the action started, I didn't even pay attention to the other guy. The pairing has to be on or it can be too awkward.

MFM as long as the other guy is straight. The other guy can't be bigger than me either so that eliminates about 50% of the population.

I think more men are interested in MFM than will indicate in public. Some are interested in watching/being watched, and others want more.

I have a male partner who works with me in MFM sessions. However, I never expect a review because of the homophobic culture

I have no problem saying that MFM (both males str8) are enjoyable. It is hot to see the lady really enjoying the extra attention that 2 males can give. DP, DPP, 1 male paying attention to the bottom half of the lady and the other paying attention on the top half of the lady, so on and so on...there are numerous options when you throw in an extra person.
