See chell, thats just it, Im not a Pimp or Agent,lol so me MAKING them do anything doesnt work too well,lol. Yet here we are, sticking them in the AGENCY SECTION, These girls fly in, and join the Team of other girls who haave been here, now sure i give advice on what to do and not to do, and the other girls always take them under wing, but all in all at that point i am out of it cept forr the occasional stop by and say hello. I am a MANAGER, thats all i do is manage their affairs so they are able to fly in, their suites are covered, their cars are paid for and their ads are posted. As for day to day and hands on with bookings and clients i dont have anything to do with it. I get paid from the girls directly to provide what services i provide them, so i am A PROVIDER, the girls can "fire" me anytime if they want a different manager and leave. So how is it an Agency when i can be fired by the girls? All they do is subscribe to my management services, the National SMG Company.

Hell if i myself call one of the girls for "service" i PAY! SAME AS THE GUYS HERE! thats why i havent been serviced by many,lol my ol lady might find out. So again i ask you.. How are the Elves an Agency? Its not my fault some people have lumped it together as such but i can assure u i havent.

it's the way they advertise. every backpage ad i see has a link to gfegirls.com on the gfegirl website there are two buttons 'to providers" and "employment". If they were "employed" the idea of agency is implied. Now, if they all had their own websites and what not it would be different but, thier all listed on the same website that is actively seeking to "employ" women as escorts.

So if you tweek the advertising slightly they'll all definately be viewed as independents.

I always said if I were a madame or had an agency I would be loaded. Thats way too much work to get into it, I started to but didnt have the time to deal with it nor did I want the legal risk. Yet Ive been referred to as a handler or whatever. I think thats an insult to the women since I dont regard them as being animals, nor labeled as "goods". I cared too much about their safety and well being. I will say that I had an agreement with them all that if I screen/promote it was only temporary, and they had to agree that providing would not be their sole income, and had to either have another job, or enroll in college or some school within the year. Cassie is in college in Tx, Sam is in college in NOLA, and Amelia is enrolling next semester. Jessi is doing well, called me to go party but Im not there. We all became friends, theres no business involved. Thats what has distinguished me as not being a madame or whatever they call it. The ladies are independent and pretty much have always been. Ive sent their emails to the guys on many occasions before I stepped out of the screening world--and always told them the clients were theres and no need to call on me for the next meetings, they chose the option of me taking on the management/screening part. We did not have contracts etc. They still call me for advice or to mess with me when a guy Ive flirted with in the past shows up tryn to send me pics of his cock while Im at work, LOL(you know who you are) you did make my day you know. We had fun with it, which is how it should be, FUN!!! so who cares where the reviews are, or if they are managed, with an agency, have assistants. Why sweat the small stuff?
