Agreed. Until JJ is gone and they learn how to play a solid 4 quarter game, they will continue to simmer in mediocrity and never be able to stay in the stadium with a real NFL team. OR, JJ will wake up one day and throw some money at the O Line and give Romo and Murray a chance to do something besides spend half the game on their asses in their own backfield and the other half playing catch up.
Either way, I'm betting on a 60 burger from Peyton and crew. Less if they figure maybe an NFC Least road game is really a week off.
Gawdammit I think Tara and her fans/detractors could ambush and hijack a fucking Buffalo H MRAP. Just sayin'. Don't take the bait.

I feel sure this team can rise to the occasion and suck as much as the rest of the division, be patient. All the while they are sucking, or trying to suck, Jerry is going to be counting all the money the cowsheep give him.

The Cowboys had their chances to win a road game and be 3-1 and one of the top tier teams. Instead they lost to the lowly Chargers. Oh well another loss. Looks like a 8-8 or 7-9 record will be enough to win the NFC east and go to the playoffs. Can you imagine the talk about Romo when the Boys loose another playoff game?
The Pittsburgh Steelers, along with The Giants, Jacksonville are all 0-4 and they all SUCK. As quoted they suck more than anything has sucked before.
Seattle made an impressive comeback against Houston. Denver looks smarter than anyone for grabbing over the hill and hurt Manning. Can anyone beat these two? Oh yes, the season is early and many things can happen. I mean Buffalo beating Baltimore? Houston lost a heart breaker in overtime. Is Houston good or just been lucky in their two wins. Poor Tennessee is 3-1 but lost their QB just when he was getting his NFL skills in order.
Indeed an interesting start to the NFL Season.

What MidgetWrestler said, but brings up several questions...Big Ben doesn't really suck, he just lost his offensive coordinator and a step (maybe two). When he was allowed to run a game he found ways to win. Those days are past. I think is Houston better than they looked and Seattle got lucky. And an ex cowgirl Defensive Coordinator couldn't figure out how to stop them. So is it, among the better teams, down to coaching?
Seattle better hope Wilson doesn't doesn't twist an ankle or take an RGIII or Joe Theismann hit. If he had to win a game with his head and his arm instead of his feet they'd be sunk. The danger of professional sandlot football is serious injury. We'll see, early days yet!
Good thread in spite of the distractions!

Yes good thread inspite the common derails. Just love it when someoneone who hates it when a thread is derailed brings it up on their end of their statement. Let go Cowboys. Lets break this 2 too 2 tie.

Bill Parcells said it right years ago, "You are what your record says you are." Fire the GM, any other team would have already. Jerry=Al Davis. Had a small window of success, then nothing to the day he died. The definition of insanity? Doing the same thing the same way and expecting different results. Jerry, sit in the owners box, and hire a real "Football" person to run this team!

Its a big game for the little girls playing with the star on their helmet. This is a make or break game for the girls in blue. Time to see if this team has any chance to really make a difference in the playoffs.
Denver is looking great, but in the NFL anything can happen and that's why they play the game. Every team in the NFL will loose a few games. But for this game, Dallas will look like a bunch of monkeys trying to fuck a football while Denver will keep on rolling.
Denver 31 Dallas 10
Turn out the lights the party's over!!!

I agree with you that on any given Sunday anything can happen. If Dallas wins, the loyal fan base will plan Superbowl parades. If they lose, they will still hold out hope that the rest of the division sucks too and that the Boy's just aren't as sucky. Either way, Tony has to get to a playoff game and we all know how well he performs when he reaches those games (NOT).
The Cowboys need to fire their GM and anyone in the organization that is related to Jerry.

Everyone, including myself are pretty sure the orange will come out on top of the silver and blue. Personally just based on the way the bolts put it on us I think the lop sided predictions are justified....but we thought the same thing of the gmen and luckily can up with a w.
I will be on the orange side today (yuck) casting my bad juju toward the less dopey Manning, hope it will at least slow him down so my boys can play a good 3 quarters and maybe squeak a win or least not get pummeled so bad.
Go Cowboys!
