If you can point me to any such case, I'd be very interested in reading it. Any court that upholds a conviction for carrying in a church when notice was not given clearly misapplied (i), that should be an easy appeal for any attorney.

Well, since you're self-qualified to render legal opinions, I'm sure it'll be easy for you to do some research, bucko. Haha.

It was simply a personal opinion, not meant to claim any legal expertise. My intent in this discussion was never to create a contentious argument. You mentioned case law with which I am not familiar, so I asked for more information, not realizing that my request was inappropriate.

I would never bring a gun into a provider's residence. I'd be worried about freaking her out and ruining the session. I've actually had a couple of BP providers frisk me!

I have a CNC. I carried everywhere I could for about a year... what I found was the responsibility and the stress of the possible outcomes got to me and I quit carrying.... Right before my CNC expired I got mugged in a situation where I was in a good area, and I know if I had been carrying the outcome would have been different. I ended up with 3 broken ribs, dislocated shoulder and a severe facial beating.. both eyes swelled shut for days..... in total a 4 day hospital stay...
I still have my CNC but do not carry often... what I do is pay very close attention to my surroundings and listen to my instincts...
On the other hand I did have a provider arrive for an outcall and I forgot that my short barrel 12 gauge breacher was hanging on the wall behind a door... she saw it after the session, and asked if she could hold it as she wanted to see how heavy it was. I unloaded it, and showed her that the chamber was empty. Explained that even though it was unloaded to treat It was always loaded since she never handled a firearm before.
She thought it was cool, and wanted to know if we could go shoot it. I asked her if it was off the clock and she said if she had fun the session was gratis..... We went to the range and while she had fun.... she was too tiny and was sore the next day.... It was fun to be at the range with her while I helped her hold it and shoot it from behind. I was the envy of the range that day.... it led to another session afterwards..... I still covered the session.... it was a blast... in multiple ways.
Now I store it in the safe just in case another provider might not have the same feeling.
I understand the stress of a provider going to an outcall for a new client and make sure that everything is stress free and that they feel comfortable.
This post is purely fictional and for entertainment purposes.

I personally LOVE the gun range!!! Guns don't scare me.. But it also depend on if you knew the man comming to the session? If you don't I would definately be questionable about it.. Because if you didn't know them it would def. rob the moment and change whatever setting the provider had fixed for your time with her.. Im certain this could go either way depending on whether or not you knew each other..
same stuff posted and reposted gets tiring... I like to change things up a bit.. If ya wish to be a critic in my doing so oh well.. I'm sure some people like to talk about something different..
Check out my show case I've decided every week I'm going to post something funny or different on my showcase.. Ya never know you may get a good laugh and if your a hater of BBWs with some personality and spunk well stop being a bore enjoy life and check out my showcase and get a laugh or two.. I'm sure somewhere you'll have a good laugh..

It just depend on the area and type of provider you are going to see most
is ok but the backpage chicks some of them that play games or have the visible pimp
thing going on you better be strap.
Now in my case there is a difference in open carry and carrying mine is never visible
I always keep mine put up in my travel bag or back pack. Most providers I have seen I have always had it and never had any problems but of courses it was not out in the open or to cause any problems just for my own protection.
You never know these days if husband, boyfriend or pimp decided to walk in on you well if his is in his hand and yours is in the car then Good luck.

That would make me uncomfortable. Just leave it in the car.

Carrying a gun without the permission in someone else's domain is NOT cool.
Good thing this guy was a good guy because it was something that upset me highly.

Simple solution to avoiding this...if there's a strip club that does a search for weapons at the door near your in-call have the client meet you there and once he's inside call a cab and both of you take a $5 ride to your place.

I conceal carry my single barrel 2-3 shooter everywhere I go. It never leaves my body. It's like an extension of my body.

If you have a CHL you know the rules.
I carry everywhere I go, that's the point of having it.
It becomes second nature like an appendage.
I even pocket carry around the house.
To many random shootings nowadays and you never know but I don't carry to a providers in-call unless she is made aware of it. I did carry it when I used to see BP providers and came close on one occasion to pulling it. Didn't really care to make the evening news but, "oh well"

Wearing a weapon (with a concealed carry permit) while committing a crime (yes engaging in prostitution, escort or provider is a crime) is a felony. Kinda compounds the problem.
