Anyway, are you saying that someone's personal desires (to own a wild animal) supersedes the rules of the lease of the apartment building that the owner agreed to, as well as the laws of the city/county that they are living in?
If the law says 'no chickens', and you have chickens, and you knew about the 'no chickens' law, and the police take your chickens and put them to sleep because you illegally had them... who's fault is it?

Was it the owner? The owner who knew they were doing something illegal? The owner who didn't have any kind of certificates saying their wild animal is tame and vaccinated?
TBH it just sounds like you're trying to stir the pot. Posting baseless links to twitter and telegram (neither are 'news') saying OMH LOOK!!! really detracts from any argument you try to make. I'm asking you real questions on the subject at hand (which you brought up, you're OP), but you do not want to acknowledge any questions to spark discussion... so, what's up?
