I choose to ignore or I choose to observe .... it's simply that by putting people on ignore the exception becomes observing .... it's like ignoring road kill .... I know it's there, and make every effort to avoid it so it doesn't linger for the remainder of the trip .... the scenery off the road makes the trip more enjoyable.
There's a story about Thereau and Emerson, who were friends. Thereau was jailed for his tax "rebellion/protest" and Emerson went to visit him. Emerson asked Thereau .. "What are you doing in there?" .... Thereau responded ... "What are you doing out there?"

Actually, it appears the one who really needs
a "real big strong you" in here to counter-balance the real you" is
MunchieSubordinate....who must resort, like others on here, of belittling and marginalizing people in order to give themselves the appearances of "superiority" ....
...the engage phrases like ... "if you were educated" .... "if you were able read" ... ."let me explain to you" ... etc...... oh, yea, ... "when I handed you your ass" ....
