Hi, good question, I dont shoot for free, generally my rates start at $385. i offer some of the best work in the state, mind you I didnt say I was the best, but I am very good. I do this full time, and I get paid for my work.
The photoshoot won in the contest is valued at $385.
I've been shooting with my main brand for the last 13 years, Studio Zinc is a brand I started just about a year ago, so it is new. I have recently had a number of magazine editorials come out, so in the next month or so a Google search will pull up much of my work.
I decided to offer the contest because it was good for promotion, and to introduce my business here, I only just found out about Eccie very recently. I plan to offer more contests in the future, as well as for video shoots.
And of course the winner of this contest does not have to accept, but we have already discussed it & scheduled, and she is very excited.
I am not a fan of popularity contests, so future ones will be formulated a little differently for that reason. Thanks for the comments!
