At this point the republicans only loose if they cave in. The administrations actions at the WWII memorial and other places is making Obama look petty. Reeds refusal to fund the NIH to help kids with cancer came across as heartless and petty. The longer this goes on the more people will hear negatives about the democrats and think postponing the individual mandate is a good idea.

I suspect that the Obama White House has similar numbers; that is why he had the meeting late yesterday and he gave the interview with CNBC in which he tried to ramp up pressure on the GOP by downtalking the economy and fear mongering !

It is interesting times if you enjoy the art of politics !

We will see but I do not agree with you on this. Folks want to end this whole thing, not just some God Damn memorial or NIH. That does nothing to fix the problem. This piecemeal approach will not work out for the GOP. IMHO of course.

But as long as some in the GOP think it will...

Have you noticed the infighting from within the GOP and not nearly as much from within the DNC. Pretty good gauge there in who will blink first. You do realize that Obama is not running for office?

Interesting. Seems a number of possible 2016 GOP contenders are not exactly endorsing
the current strategy in Washington.

I literally just heard on FOX News that Tea Party members who met with Ted Cruz are saying that there is actually no end game strategy in the current plan.

I don't trust any single news source, but this says the same thing FOX is reporting now.

I guess the non-answer is more true than I thought...

What is the end game strategy for the democrats? Are they willing to compromise? The republicans have agreed to fund Obamacare. Are the democrats going to fall on their sword over the individual mandate or the congressional subsidy? At a certain point there are no other options other than to cave in completely and if the republicans do that it will be ugly for them in the primaries.

It is what you get when there is so much partisanship neither side wants to reach across the isle. A reach around maybe.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

What corner are you talking about? The corner of your mouth, from where all the manjuice drips, faggot? (OK, that's really for the JL persona ... I know HE really loves that kind of homophobic bullshit...)

My TV isn't that old, nor is it that small, unlike your dick! (OK, that's really for the Rock persona, who loves non sequitir and has more burnt brain cells than Reverend Jim on Taxi)

My apartment isn't rented. (That's for the Kayla in you, who lives and works out of a roach motel ...)

My vocabulary doesn't include "Muzzie." (Guess who that's for, asswipe)

And I keep my promises. (WE ALL KNOW WHO THAT'S FOR!)

What the fuck are you still doing here, Kayla/JL/Rocky?

You promised never to post again and then found a way back into our craw.

You promised to leave for Israel in October, yet here you still are.

You promised to beat my ass with your bare fists, yet you still don't understand what a fucking fool you've made of yourself.

NO MORE PROMISES. Just get the fuck outta here already.

The bunch of you are giving us all a headache!
