Sex every day would be boring, banal, and a painful process of going through the motions. It's a whole lot better when you 'miss' it a little bit, and get it on a random pattern. It'd be no better than eating the same meal, at the same time, every day, forever. Even if it's your favorite, you'll hit a lull with it. Sex is no different.
