Certainly the ADDhole currently occupying the White House doesn’t.

Already requesting recounts, though who knows if he’s got a case.
Recounts don’t work the way he thinks they do. They just retabulate machine votes and quick scan most paper votes. In theory they could get people to review the paper votes but only about 100 will be thrown out for being improperly completed.

No recount has change thousands of votes. These states count votes in elections every year. They have it down to science.

Republicans keep the Senate, which means filibuster remains unless the Republicans feel like they might as well do it now but it wouldn't serve them since they can't get passed the House.

There will be no new states.

There will be no court packing.

There will be no Green new deal.

There will be no eliminating border controls.

In short, Biden, if elected will not be able to do anything other than EO's for at least 2 years.

I call that a win.

Oh! and the House Democrats are going to eat each other alive with AOC stirring as much shit as she can.

Gonna like watching that. You think the Tea Party gummed up the works in the Republican party, wait to you see what the Socialist and Communist do to the Democrat party.

What is really funny is listening to the far left Progressives saying "see, we told you that you didn't go Progressive enough" when anybody with any political acumen can see that the Progressives just had their ass handed to them and they aren't going to like it one bit.

Depends on the EO's the socialist radicals get Biden/puppet to enact - He could EO all of those items - plus gun control radical confiscation and radical Medicare for All.. Bernie and AOC will be on Bien to use EO to enact their socialist wet dreams.

And when Biden is 25th outted - KumHoela will have no problem with EO every socialist wet dream - plus some they have not yet thought of.

They cannot pack the SC - if projections for the Senate remain accurate. which will provide a pathway to control some of the radical EO's of teh DPST's They won't give up - and ruling by dictate of EO's is right up their Socialist totalitarian mindset. It is what they want - to scrap the Constitution and rule by fiat.

Hopefully the Bernie/AOC DPST leaders will remain of the mindset that they were not radical enough in 2020- and show more their true stripes and ideology in 2022 - and get their asses handed to them by losing the House and Senate bigly!
The more radical - the more Bernie/AOC love it - and the worse the defeat for the DPST crime cabal.

WTF - just a excuse/denial/delusion factory for the Biden crime family.

China owns Biden - and bought the POTUS office with him - and DPST's think this is just fine.

Learn to kowtow to Chariman Xi - wtf - and develop some knee calluses - U will need them!

Generally speaking, the only times that recounts have any impact is when we're talking a race that is within a couple thousand votes. I could even "somewhat" understand wanting a recount in Wisconsin, even though at 20k votes.. that's generally considered too far to close up-- and Nevada may end up becoming one due to the somewhat slim margin there. But Michigan? 80K votes. Arizona? 90K votes.

The most infuriating aspect of this whole thing is that all the people who have obviously never watched these results closely or worked the polls, have so much to say without having a single clue how any of it works. When absentee/mail in ballots are being tabulated-- same rules apply as regular poll days-- must be at least 4 people, 2 from each party, there at all times. At least-- that was the case in Texas, South Carolina, and Ohio-- the only states I've worked in the polls.

You've just pointed out one of the things that can be challenged in court. I'm sure there are many and with so many "different" things happening in this election and 50 states doing their own thing, some of them probably not Constitutional, this should be settled in court and neither party should concede until all challenges are settled.

I believe Fox prides itself on calling results first, and not being wrong. They would have had good reason to believe Arizona will go to Biden.

So this is the thinking of Fox right now.

Assuming Trump wins Penn., no sure thing and we might not know for days, it comes down to MI, Wis.,MN. and Biden will have to win all three.

So, what do we know for sure? NO FUCKING BLUE WAVE! No Democrat landslide.

Apparently Biden is now the favorite to win Georgia.

He is not the favorite the win GA. The outstanding votes are not enough to make him a favorite. He can win but it’ll be like 2-3000, a very small margin but it’ll require nearly every vote (80%) to break his way. He’s at about 75% for the ATL votes but not nearly there for the other votes being counted.

Of the nearly 40 recounts of any significance, it’s been small numbers of vote changes. Never thousands of votes much less 10s of thousands.

What would be unconstitutional about state elections rules. States determine how to conduct their own elections. Were the rules unconstitutional, it would’ve been challenged long before a presidential election. Trump has already conceded to his phone friends that the lawyers have told him his suits are frivolous and won’t stop states from counting.

Voting is a right of Citizens only -0b0 - not anyone in the world who wants to vote radical DPST terrorist party!
Until the DPST's change /discard/destroy the Constitution you DPST's hate - even more than Trump.
