Well there are a number of stories out, from solid reporters and excellent legal minds. So I think based on the reporting to date, one can certainly comment and speak authoritatively about the issue, especially here.

I could see why some in the public sphere would not want to yet until something actually happens

Now if the reporting turns out to be incorrect, then people can change their opinions. Although for the TDS and immature crowd (you know the ones that try to turn every thread into bashing Trump) we know that will never happen
