Found it at the local Ace Hardware.

That's great!
Didn't know they sold it.
I know that it's a lot cheaper than Roundup and a lot more effective.
Outdoor Equipment sells it in 2 gal containers for the concentrate.
That's a lot for someone who doesn't have acreage.

Yeah, it's about $15 a quart. So using a few ounces per gallon it works out to a lot of product for a suburbanite.

They had the gallons also, but figured a quart ought to last me a few seasons.

Got to where I like Ace a lot more than HD or Lowes. Easier to get into, easier to find a person to help, prices a bit higher but made up with customer service. Was at one two weeks ago in Belton that even sold pistol, rifle and shotgun ammo. Haven't seen that in a while.

Out of curiosity Russ, what store is that? Sounds like I place I would visit.

You guys got me thinking about the control of invasive plants and vines and the need for a special license to get the good stuff.

How to become:PRIVATE PESTICIDE APPLICATOR

https://www.texasagriculture.gov/Por...ng%20flyer.pdf

Take a 6 hour online course from TAMU for $75
Online course materials: $40

Apply to the state for the license $100

Take the exam: $ 64

Total: $279

That is not much more than paying a pro do come take care of your issues once. License is for 5 years.

Quote:
Licensed private applicators are required to recertify every five years by obtaining 15 continuing education credits, including two (2) credits in laws and regulations and two (2) credits in integrated pest management (IPM), prior to expiration of the license. Contact TDA for a list of approved courses. A list of courses is also available on TDA's web site.

I’ve got a bowl full of tomatoes. I see salsa in my near future. Slit is like the garden Whisper. LOL Best teacher Eva!! I’m not usually a very Good student being that I don’t listen very well or follow instructions but I Have when it comes to his Gardening instructions the last 3 years and not to brag but I’m his best student and turns out all the extra credit I did to pass His rigorous course In gardeningbySlit 101 was unnecessary Because I aced the class, but it was fun and Totally worth it! Lol. And he gets the best tomato crack ‘. My tomato trees are doing great they’re a little strung out and addicted to crack, but they’re full of tomatoes so I don’t care. Because as soon as they are done giving me maters, Im gonna put all those lil crackheads down !

Might want to be a little careful dear but I am SURE you are referring to those pesky little crack tomatoes get.
Maybe they grow too fast. I dunno.

Nothing more basic to human survival than knowing how to hunt, fish and grow your own crops.....
