WTAE noon news named two restaurants up for Bon Appetite 50 best new restaurants in America. I missed the names but one is in Lawrenceville and one in Bloomfield. I think they said something about counter breakfast and lunch at the one in Bloomfield. Sorry for being vague. :-(

All that aside, he is talented AF.
Time for a trip to Braddock...

Haha I just realized what I said yesterday. My words definitely seem out of order but totally fitting for a person like him. Let's hope he doesn't bankrupt this restaurant too or he just might have to assemble a glory hole behind superior motors for paying customers. Fetterman would be first in line.

When you build a restaurant (for profit) literally in the home of an avowed socialist, and then go on TV to quasi-slag the same class of folks who will eat in said restaurant, it's a thing for some. YMMV, and such. I have not paid my money to eat at Superior Motors. And I won't. The food, when adjusted for "other people's money", is still superb. But I'm not gonna indirectly fund John Fetterman, even if Kev-bo manages to capture the essence of pussy in grass fed steak form or anything else....

That's the kind of guy who gets punched walking out of a bar where I'm from. YMMV, and such. Chefs who really, really get it get that under control. If you are a dick to the help, you'll never be able to execute on any vision for a prolonged period of time. It's largely why a guy like Thomas Keller was good when he was an asshole, but become Thomas Fucking Keller when he (famously and head in hand) learned to control his temper. Had he not, Per Se and Bouchon and such never happen.....

Oh. I agree but I can’t say for sure that he hasn’t grown out of it. I haven’t worked with him since 2006 ish. He appeared much more calm the times I saw him working at Salt....

A place where men are men and hooker bulletin board trolls actually come out of mom's basement.
Suffice it to say, nothing you are familiar with.

Look you fraud, I read Superiors website. Kevin grew up in McKees Rocks. I spent a lot of time in Da Rocks years ago. You can end up dead if you get sideways with the wrong people in those “parts”. I knew two guys that did end up dead. So you go hang out in the Rocks. Act like the pompous asshole that you do on hookersites. You wouldn’t last too long droopy eye. Now go beat your chest in your mommas basement.

I actually lasted many years in Da Rox.
Yeah even with my smartass mouth. It ain't all that scary.
Worst that ever happened was that cop who kept stopping and tossing my car after I refused his low-ball offer for it.
I drove a convertible old sports car at the time.
