Alright, you've now over-played your hand.

My position was and is that the law, that has been in effect since 1975, mind you, already adequately protected the life of the infant. Whether this bill that you're now referring to, whether it passed or was voted down, nothing would have changed in regards to what doctors must do to protect the life of the infant. And, in fact, nothing did change.

So until you explain what this bill added, that wasn't already in effect, regarding protecting the life of the infant, then i'll continue to hold to the position that it had nothing to do with protecting the life of the infant.
