Mostly Hickory, Cherry, Pecan and apple chunks on the Weber Kettle. Depending on what type of meat I’m smoking. Signature blend pellets on the Pit Boss. It’s a blend of Hickory, Maple and Cherry.

3 briskets with hickory, oak and pecan resting in my cooler and putting the final hour of smoke on 12 racks of ribs. Mix of lemon, almond and plum chunks.
Yard smells amazing.

Which one? They have several models. I think the natural drafts do a better job but still disappoint on the smoke profile on medium and large cuts.
Solid option for cheeses. Reasonable results for fish, sausage and bacon.

Never a problem..adjustable to fit the amount u prefer. Temp is off by roughly 10 degrees so that's the only complaint
