The point in the two videos, that you apparently failed to understand, is that the contract he signed in 2011 and the one they asked him to sign in 2019 are not materially different except that it is acknowledged to be an exceptional circumstance.
The NFL wanted to protect themselves from any claim that there was an employer/employee relationship simply because they granted a workout to one individual. It protected them from him getting hurt during the workout and then claiming he had rights as an employee. It also protected other NFL affiliated organizations from the same thing. That's the only difference in the two contracts.
What it did was give kap an out so he could continue to say "fuck you" to the NFL on one hand and have a bunch of social justice warriors come running to his defense on the other thus continuing his relevance for a while longer.
It begs the questions of why he wants so badly to be a part of an organization that he detests so much.
Kind of like you being so butt hurt over not being part of a clique of mongers you hate so much.
Seems like there are a lot of similarities between you and kap. Only he's smart enough to go out an make money at it while you can't escape your own mediocrity and futility.
Fake news. That bullshit contract was already debunked by Max and Kap's folks. The NFL will spin anything in their favor since they have dirt on their hands and only idiots fall for it. And there is similarities between me and Kap. We are both freedom fighters, stand up men and courageous. He obviously has more cash on hand than I do...but regardless we are both more successful and better human beings than you. Facts ;-)
All of this Kap talk on TV and the radio recently made me think about when I was a young kid and there was a freshman guard at LSU named Chris Jackson. He was something else. He was just unbelievable to me. Fast forward to his pro career and he became a Muslim and changed his name to Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf. Anyway, I thought I would share this story about him reflecting back on his controversial decision 20 years later: https://theundefeated.com/features/a...tional-anthem/

Yep i know all about CJ. He was one of the original hero's but it was more borne out of conscientious objections. He was a baller too even with his disease.
Yeah, he was a bad man even with Tourette Syndrome... my point in linking the article is not to compare their reasons for protesting, but to state that some people are willing to risk millions for what they believe in regardless of the backlash that comes with it. I respect any person who says their core belief system to them is worth more than money.
What if Joe Buck started off a broadcast with some rambling rant......I suppose you would be behind him all the way. You don't have a clue what an employee / employer relationship is.
sc.................You never answered my question...........how many times have you been banned on this site............plus you would never be allowed on another hobby site that I know of.

Consider US gymnast Simon Biles, standing 4'8". She has a national and international platform. She could have done something like this, she is black, and she is a woman. Plenty of grievances to address. What did she do - threw out the 1st pitch at a baseball game with her celebrity, with a back flip to boot..........a great American.
Consider Colin K., standing 6'4". What did he do ?
Who stands taller ?
Finally VMan.....we agree wholeheartedly on something.....and yeah, Simone is an exceptional athlete beyond belief.....
I’m offended that Kaps daddy knocked up a white woman and bailed on her after. Smh why isn’t the great American Collin K standing up for this injustice. A cause that should be close to his heart.
Maybe he should also give some of that NFL/Nike/lawsuit money he worked so hard for and give some back up the kids in foster homes, orphanages, in homes with absentee parents. He was lucky he ended up with a caring loving family that nurtured him and encouraged him and he was allowed to pursue his dreams even if he ended up throwing it away.
Maybe recognize that there are good and bad while and black people. Crime is crime regardless of ones skin color. How about stand up or kneel for the massive amounts of black on black crimes or doesn’t that matter?
And you’re a complete fool if u think social media doesn’t influence damn near everything and that this one man is the reason for every change that’s happened since he kneeled for America’s anthem
This has been very entertaining though.
Would be a great read on he shitter. But I’m a girl so we don’t do that Lmao
Its hilarious how everyone starts losing an argument and they start pivoting to all kinds of other irrelevant shit..like Simone Biles, Social Media, Kap vs SC, and whether or not I've received any temp bans.
Irrelevant ? Who brought up Muhammad Ali, Jim Brown, and a host of others ? Comparing Colin K. to them is like comparing the Empire State building to an ant. Those would be oxymorons.
This broad went from "Kaep has never done shit for his community to he should be doing this, that and the third"
Again,what have you done?
Why don't you go volunteer at the soup kitchen for a day or two?
Just make sure you don't try to poison anyone you don't like
I believe I already answered that earlier when u asked. I actually do a lot. Y’all are too cute though. Ridding Kaps dick hard huh? Well. It’s just Kaps world and y’all are just living in it. The rest of us live in the real world, where one sub par over rated washed up QB has managed to change the world with one kneeling of the knee. Hahahahahahaha. Oh shit. I gotta stop. I can’t stop laughing.
Kaepernick just wants attention and he proved it saturday. He had his his chance to show his skill set to almost every team in the NFL and instead chose to turn it into a publicity stunt. Certainly orchestrated by his girl that started all this in the first place. Bottom line is he just isnt that good at playing qb
