OK - didn't know you wanted that much detail LOL. Sunday - chest, tris, legs & Monday back, bis, shoulders. day off tuesday. same schedule wed/thurs but different exercises. 6-8 reps of mostly free weights, dumbells, with machines thrown in for preacher, legs curls, etc. the next week I do 20 reps with lower weight, then go back to higher weight and lower reps the next week. Basically I am trying to keep my muscles from getting used to the workouts. 3 sets on everything except leg press, lunges - 4 sets and deadlifts - 5 sets

Mkay. I'm about to go to bed BUT, starting tomorrow; yo ass needs a new program lol You always do 25 reps/3 sets. Period. If your ass is not exhausted at the end of an hour and you still feel like fucking, you're doing it wrong. Trust me. Fuck The Machines. They Are For Pussys and For Cutting. Go To The Free Weights And Stay There. Bring Your Gloves. I know that you enjoy Tennis but, when you run; you are breaking down all of the muscle that you are building in your legs. So, pick a sport. Are you going to play Tennis or Be a Man and Lift This Month?

Day 18 of semen retention. Still feeling very energized, productive at work, overall spirits and mood are high. Not much anxiety, at work I feel more focused and productive than usual, I am about to pass a marker for revenue at work that I never have before. I also am starting to not need as much sleep and don't feel as tired in the morning. I was just reading that semen retention also leads to higher quality sperm. I don't know if I will adopt this as a lifestyle after this, but the benefits are huge. After 2 weeks of semen retention you vibrate different and women have started to notice. If you are going through a period where you really need to focus, have extra energy, and level up I highly recommend semen retention. I feel happier, relaxed, energetic, composed, healthy, focused...on the flip side you do need to find outlets to redirect all this sexual energy. You also need to keep busy so you don't start thinking about going to your favorite AMP, etc. I do miss the adventure, even after a little more than 2 weeks, of a new sexual escapade. I aslo miss some of my favorites in the game, a couple have texted me to say hi, and I have not told them what I am up to.

Yes, whoever said I crashed and burned was right. I lasted about a weak and tempted fate by going for a massage. The flood gates opened after that. Sex is a hell of a drug. Maybe next year. Lol

Final Update - first of all I wanted to thank everyone for all the messages of encouragement and for all your questions. I didn't get to answer them all, because a big part of Nov was keeping busy and occupied, away from things of a sexual nature so I would be tempted. However, I will answer some of the most common questions here:

1. were there any benefits you noticed? yes, definite benefits in terms of increased energy levels, mental clarity, and motivation.

2. how did you make it that long? I basically researched the best way to go through it which consisted of working out almost every day, journaling, staying away from porn and any other sexual material, social activities, connecting with nature, and applying myself more at work

3. did you miss going to AMPS and seeing providers? YES. mos def. October was a very active month for me and I developed a strong connection with a provider that I thought of quite often. i usually head out for adventure on sundays, and possibly mid-week, so urges were really strong about that time - i made a point to always have an engagement or something planned so my mind wasn't on acting out.

4. did you see any benefits in the gym or sports activities? yes - gains in strength and energy helped me break through a couple plateaus, and the extra energy def helped on the tennis court.

5. would you consider it as a lifestyle? yes, the benefits were worth it so I plan on doing it again

6. did you save money during this period? hell yeah!

7. did anyone get angry that you were doing this? yes, a lot of people, especially on this board, were uncomfortable with the fact that semen retention can have positive effects, and were not open to believing there were any positive benefits. I totally get it - I am a sex addict and it was totally against a sex addicts lifestyle

8. did it have any effect on women in general or women in your life? yes - I am dating someone that I have not had sex with yet, the semen retention increased my sensitivity to just making out with her, kissing her, and my sexual energy was very high. it made me realize what a depleted state i usually walk around in.

9. would you consider coaching and consulting others? not really, sorry but I am really busy with my day job, real estate side hustle, dating life, sports, gym...reading. i would have to give something up and i am not sure what that would be yet.

10. what are your final thoughts after 4 weeks of semen retention? that if you are going through a period where you are lost, need mental clarity, focus, extra energy for something - or just need to find or develop your purpose, give it a try.

After 4 weeks, 28 days, I had a friend in town and drank more than I anticipated. I realized when I left the bar that I needed to chill out for an hour, and my addict side told me to stop at a spa and get an hour to detox - it was actually a little disappointing bc I was too drunk too fully enjoy the experience. if i had been sober i would have had been a lot more sensitive and the explosion would have been epic. the next day I was still geared up so I went to another spa and got a L1 massage, which i really enjoyed.
