Trump is within his article II authority to hold foreign aid especially as it relates to military aid as Commander in Chief. Aid has been held up before, even by Obama and other presidents. the incoming Ukraine president was an unknown quantity with no political track record. what was wrong about Trump waiting till he spoke with the incoming president to determine his intentions with our money?
