I think indicting Trump on "motivating" the crowd to commit illegal acts will be a hard sell for the DOJ but they have at least 3 un-impeachable witnesses who will testify that Trump asked them to lie "just tell them the results are corrupt and leave the rest up to me and Congressional Republicans" Trump said according to these 3 witnesses.
