Romney keeps insisting that his tax plan is revenue neutral. Revenue neutral means only one thing - shifting around the tax burden.

So ask yourself if you think Mitt Romney thinks wealthy Americans pay too much in taxes or too little.

Then you'll figure out what that means for middle class Americans.
