The typical doctorate program in acupuncture is about 1200 hours or about 2 years. She says she is massage therapist. Not an MD. It doesn't require college. She went to massage school and probably a school for chinese medicine 2 learn and obtain a masters in acupuncture.

6 months typically for massage schools.
2 years for her masters in acupuncture.

That adds up to 2 1/2 years with accommodations for working at the same time.



Whether she really is or has done what she said... Who knows? Wouldn't be the first hooker to lie about her real world station in life here. If things were so great in the "square world", none of ya'll would be here.

Jeez Glenn maybe YOU should lighten up. I'm sorry to the OP if I came off catty but what kind of reaction was she expecting posting in Dallas coed and bitching about our city? I honestly did not mean to start a pissing match because this place is dramatic enough already. And yes I was wrong about how long it takes to get a doctorate in acupuncture. I plan on finishing through 8+ yrs of school to hopefully get MY doctorate degree (not in acupuncture) so I apologize for not reading properly and assuming!
