Another brilliant commentary on the psyche of the American President.

Great job, JL!

Obama yesterday obfuscated everything again

he is adroit at deflection and casting blame and spreading confusion

yesterday he again tried to confuse us in his patented inimically dismissive style

destroying isis in retribution for their evil does not have anything at all to do with keeping soldiers there long term

that's a separate issue altogether

is he so tied to his plan of getting rid of assad that if isis is destroyed he feels the need to keep troops there so assad will not be strengthened and fill the void?

is isis his expedient counter to assad?

Is another "executive order" in the wind? Is this an emergency?

Refugee Act of 1980 .... The burden is on Obaminable to establish ... there are no persons in the group allowed into the country (or even benefiting from the treasury) that has "ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated the persecution of any person race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion."

Is a female a member of "a particular social group"?
Watch the Liberal Plantation twist in the wind on that one!

Then the list gets more "interesting"!

Also, for all you "budget watchers" ....

... the refugees get "assistance" and "grants"doled out by the administration ... "off budget"?

Better yet, Obama can show how "brave" he is by setting up tents on the White House lawn to house some of the refugees he'll let in. The Secret Service will have no problem "vetting" the refugees, they can just ask Assad for their papers, right??

I doubt it, his whole original issue was regime change in syria

It's what Benghazi was about, weapons to Syrian opposition

It's why Putin is in Syria, al-Assad protection

But all that is speculation, granted

However the point is Obama and his false choices he presented yesterday. He dismissively asks, if we do it, how long must we stay and what happens if something happens in Yemen etc ad nauseam? Why is that in the equation? Just kill them and move along.

Isis can be destroyed and that can be the end of the story
The only gap then in governance of the once great caliphate is the portion of Syria they occupy, which gets us back to Assad again, which gets us back to Obama not wanting assad

All that aside however, just kill them and if something else later arises just as evil, deal with that in a proper way

We are in a war, Obama just won't admit it

Lately the only "vetting" the Service has been doing is online chat "vetting."

BTW .. the Act requires the "vetting" to be done BEFORE they arrive ... because the Administration has to certify to Congress they meet the criteria of the Act.

Of course, that "assumes" Obaminable thinks he has to follow "the law."
