I'm hoping that Dirk was able to give whatever flu/bug he caught to the Heat Players, especially LeFail and Dwayne so they can experience what stepping up their game really means when they are forced to play with a 102 fever and feel like shit.

Angie,

From what I have heard
We're both sort of loners
Perhaps we could share
Our basketball boners

An hour well spent
A small slice of heaven
Almost as nice
As "The Mavs Win in Seven!"

Thumbs up Mavs can win this series... that is, if they would just give the ball to DIRK!

Dirk is the only mis-match we have against Miami.... every time they give the ball to Dirk... he is able to draw double coverage, which leaves one man open!

Nice, nice.

Ok - status updated...haven't been home to change it.

Tomorrow - I will be celebrating my bday and the Mavs in the playoffs properly, while trying to corrupt my girlfriend! (my designated driver, LOL) Heck, maybe I'll get lucky and she will corrupt me!

GO MAVS!!!!!

I've watched the Mavs this whole season, so I am pretty familiar with all the players. But, yeah: Gotta love it when "The Custodian" can come in and contribute some good minutes.

All those missed open shots from previous games are starting to fall now for the Mavs. This makes Dirk even more unguardable as it is much more difficult to double/triple team him. D-Whistle hurt his widdle hip, and LeBum is doing his crunch time fail routine. We have a great chance now and can take this championship! One more complete game. Come on Mavs!

The Mavs have this set up real well. Win one more game and put the ghost of 2006 to bed at last.

It was a good game last night. Heat seem to lost their track at the last moment. I am glad that we won.

One of my girlfriends had the best post about whittle bitty whiny wade.... (she's a HUGE HUGE HUGE mavs fan)
She said something like, "Oh, he was faking eh? Well maybe just go ahead and have the refs lift their shirts so he can nurse like a little titty baby!"

I tell you there is so much difference in the way these games are being officated compared to '06 finals. That dame Wade, someone could blow him a kiss in '06 and the refs would give him two free throws. Glad to see them letting the players win or lose the games this time.

Yeah, he's a major "actor" and over-reactor.

But I must say - our Terry is annoying to me sometimes too. He ALWAYS points the ball to go our way, even if HE tipped the damn thing out of bounds...or it is OBVIOUS that it's not our ball. Don't be a lil shit about it - playing "fair" with that kind of stuff and recognizing that things are the way they should be - makes you a better overall player.

Plus - it's just annoying and a turn off to boot.
