Well, if it's bad brisket, it probably needs sauce.

Hard 8 has a great look to it. That's about it, though.

Even bad BBQ is better than most other foods no matter how well prepared.

That said, if you want the best brisket in the DFW, you're gonna have to come to my backyard.

Houstons in Addison is excellent, variety, great service, too.

Kenny's Wood Fired Grill also in Addison is fantastic.

Bob's Chop in Plano/Legacy area is my favorite for steaks. Capital Grill (anywhere) also excellent.

Jaspers in Plano/Legacy also fantastic variety and service.

Is Ethiopian cuisine similar to this place?

https://afrah.com/mediterranean-restaurant-dallas/

This place has a lunch buffet that's so good if you don't get there by 11:30 am, you will be in line to get in and in line to get food at the buffet line.

No not the same at all.

Haven't been to either restaurant before but I did have African food one time. Strange experience for me. No utensils of any kind and all the food is served together on one big platter shared by the table. Each person has some tapioca paste (I think) and you scoop that up (with your hands) and use the paste to scoop up the food and eat.
