Maybe they could win if they start backing Americans but last night showed - they do not give a shit about Americans.
She just gave Trump a winning hand - but he knew that!

If he has a winning hand, then why did he have to shovel so much bullshit?

FactChecking the State of the Union
The president's address included false and misleading claims on jobs, wages, energy, immigration and more.
Sure, Republicans will spin it that Pelosi doesn't give a shit about Americans. They always find a way to twist the facts.
But the real problem is that Trump and the Republican Party don't give a shit about being honest with Americans.

Back on topic, a new poll shows every Dem front-runner beating Trump, with Bloomberg leading the pack:
https://www.newsweek.com/new-poll-sh...ection-1485852
Bloomberg wins 47% to Trump's 40%. That's an amazing 7-point lead.
Biden and Sanders tied at 46% to 42%, a 4-point lead. Still pretty significant, since Hillary won the 2016 popular vote by 2.1%. But some analysts say the Dems could win the 2020 popular vote by twice as much and still lose the election, depending on where the votes came from:
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...n-popular-vote
Even Warren (43% to 42%) and Buttigieg (42% to 41%) beat Trump with a 1-point lead, although the poll has a 1% margin of error.
It's just one poll and still early days, but it's surprising to see him ahead in any poll so early after announcing his candidacy, and with numbers large enough to take the White House and send Trump packing.

Thanks for the link. Listening to Trump's speech last night, which he did a great job of reading off of the telepromppter and not deviating into his usual stupid rants, I just shook my head and said "that can't be true" several times and as your link points out, many, if not most, of his statements on the economy were not true.
Not unexpected. I was surpised though at one point he gave credit to others rather than to himself. Now that was not expected.

You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time but you can't fool all the people all the time, said A. Lincoln. The truth is catching up with your syphilitic president.

To repeat -- the election will come down to the results in about 5 states. Michigan, PA., Wisconsin, Arizona and Florida. At the current time there is nothing that would lead anyone to believe that a state Trump lost in 2016 will support him in 2020.
In the latest Michigan polls, all Democratic candidates lead Trump.
Biden is well ahead of Trump in Pennsylvania polls.
BIden leads Trump in the 2 most recent Wisconisn polls by 5% and 4%.
Biden and Trump are even in Arizona polls.
And in the 4 most recent Florida polls, Biden leads in all, although within the margin of error in 3 of the 4.
As you say, it is still early with a little less than 9 months to go and a lot can change in either direction. Right now Trump is on a high. The odds are he will say or do something ridiculously stupid in the next few months that will hurt him.

Freakish coincident; that was the same, seven point, lead Creepy Uncle Joe had over Comrade Sanders one week before the Iowa Caucus:
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...es/4582032002/
Creepy Biden 25%, Comrade Sanders 19%, Mayor Petie 18%; Pocahontas 13%
Though it pails in comparison to the November 2016 race, the day of the election:
https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com...tion-forecast/
GEPOTUS 28.6%, Hitlery 71.4%

I think you mean "pales", or were you being sarcastic again?

Also, 25% is actually only a six-point lead over 19%, unless you're using Trump math. And I believe it's "coincidence", not "coincident".
However, your epithets were spelled perfectly. Good job. Showing signs of improvement.

Simple as that. But going with six is fine. makes it more Iowa Caucus math-like.
But feel free to nuzzle with the poles up to November all you like.

Oh, I get it, by "the same" you mean "significantly reduced for no apparent reason".
Much like when Trump talks about the "exact transcript" of the Ukraine phone call, when he really means a "rough summary with key words and phrases removed".
Further proof that right-wing propaganda causes irreversible brain damage.

ellen, why you leave rush out of your montage?
is it because he has a bullshit factor similar to trump when he speaks. That would be he has 80%+ lies coming from his mouth like fearless leader.
Speaking of which, when is Mexico paying for the Wall? You still refuse to answer even though you lied to me that you did. Just:
A. Send me the link where you answered.
B. Show me a copy of the check that you wrote to pay for the Wall
C. Admit he lied.

Ima guessing you had not pondered his profuse and recurring use of the word/phase "perfect phone call" and doubtless you may have forgotten that he had a highly successful show on the telly for years. Likely no need to recall how many pageants he's run across the globe. Not to mention, you surely missed his line of "I caught them all".
Knock, knock. What's that spell?

That's what cracks me up the most. The WH gave the edited call with the exact stuff that caused the whistle blower to alert the proper channels to see if anything was wrong.
trump could have shut the whole impeachment down in a heartbeat by either moving the transcript off the (CIA?) server to the proper one where such transcripts go or releasing the unedited version sans state secrets.
When FoI act takes affect, I have money on knowing why he didn't
