Don't fall back into the classified crap. This is a simple yes/no.

Couldn't answer the question, as usualm. In the Trump said / FBI said... the FBI was, is and always will be more credible than Trump.
Time for him to release the tapes

... Time for them to appoint the Special Independent Master.
Then we'll see.

I may have come across the unredacted version of the corrupt FBI/DOJ's staged photo where they tossed documents all over the floor in an attempt to make Trump look bad.

And yet Habba and Trump's other lawyers answered it. There were marked documents kept with the passports and their claim is that it should have been expected that classified material would be co-mingled. They didn't make the claim at all in their response that they weren't co-mingled or that they were planted. That's an implicit confirmation that they were.
But you're focused on the photo as an unfair representation of how it was kept instead of the volume of what was kept. GSA didn't put those in his personal office. Or in drawers with his passports.
And now Habba is stating that she firsthand knowledge of how he keeps his office and how he recieved multiple visitors there.
Do you dispute that there were marked documents found? What are you afraid of?

I hope they do give a master to Trump's team. There will be no bullshitting afterwards and recourse for him to say he was unfairly treated afterwards. Otherwise he will come up with yet another lie about this. And the diversion of the day will be whataboutisms of Hunter... blah blah blah.

It’s fun watching the same corrupt media and libtards in general who demanded a special counsel to investigate imaginary collusion orchestrated by the Clinton Campaign now oppose a special master vetting documents stolen by Biden’s DOJ from Mar a Lago

... You DO understand this is the same FBI that lied
about Hunter's laptop to rig the election, don't you?
And the same ones doing the Raid also told America
that Trump colluded with the Russians.
... Lies - Lies - and more Lies!

A sign Trump special master hearing didn't go too well for the corrupt DOJ: Bratt from the DOJ at one point argued that judge would have to impose an injunction on DOJ to keep it from reviewing further the docs

... I think this sappy judge is trying to play to
both ends of the pitch... Hoping to run off enough
time for the FBI to review whatever they want BEFORE
selecting a Master to review everything.
... Yet another compromised thumb onto the scale
to bail out the corrupt FBI.
... Is THIS the fairness and integrity you lads expect
from your governmental leaders?? .... How sad.

Even if there is a special master, the way Trump and his lawyers have responded have done nothing but strengthen the DOJ's hand.
Beautiful thing to watch by a real crack team of all the best people for El Trumperino. Could barely be happier with how it's played out so far

It get's worse by the day for the corrupt FBI / DOJ
Today:
The Justice Department Friday filed a more detailed list of documents taken in its raid of former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, including dozens of classified documents and folders with classified markings.
Also included was a wide assortment of other items, including over 1,000 documents that did not have classified markings, several "Article of Clothing/Gift Item" entries and hundreds of printed news articles.
The list was released per an order from Florida federal Judge Aileen M. Cannon, as she weighs whether to appoint a "special master" to check the documents for potential executive privilege.

And Jonathon Turley calls out the corrupt DOJ/FBI
It appears that the DOJ can release information when it is compelled to do so. In this case, the DOJ just released a more detailed list of items that could have been released previously without any danger to the investigation or national security...Notably, in a footnote in its earlier filing, the DOJ said it could release more information on what it collected in "extraordinary circumstances." It did so as part of its effort avoid the appointment of a Special Master.
Notably, the list includes further evidence of the overbroad seizure, including several "Article of Clothing/Gift Item" entries and hundreds of printed news articles. Yet, the DOJ previously stated that it should not have to give back any such material.
The DOJ may hope that its release of information might be enough to prompt the Court to abandon its earlier indication that it wants to appoint a special master. The judge pressed the DOJ yesterday on some untenable arguments against such an appointment. That includes the absurd position that a special master would threaten national security. The list shows that there is ample reason for an independent person to review was was seized and what should be returned.

That reading comprehension fails again. Same pages as last time. Go back, read again.
What was supposed to happen to a container and all of its contents if a marked document was found in a container?

That we've had more leaks in 3 weeks of Mar-a-Lago investigation than in 3 years of Durham tells us everything we need to know about which probe is political.
Over 1,000 documents that did not have classified markings, several "Article of Clothing/Gift Item" entries and hundreds of printed news articles.
What a fucking joke and every person with any common sense and bit of intellect knows it. Alas some libtards obviously don't. How sad
