There was a cop in NY who got 'okays' for taking providers to lunch/dinner with no BCD activities
Ended up arresting almost a dozen girls who didn't verify his okays

Exactly! It has happened to me a few times, what makes it even worse is that they don't even say who they are. Like you mentioned on your comment it could be anyone. I think pms thru here or even on p411 are the best way to ask for references. It's just safer and respectful that way.
