And this Tomlin bloke is considoured a "Hall of Fame" Coach??
He needs to move on - before he damages the Steelers brand completely.

I think it's kinda silly to act like the Steelers "standard" is winning Super Bowls. That's not really the standard for any team, aside from certain dynasties (70s Steelers, 80s 49ers, 00's Patriots, and 20s Chiefs). And those dynasties never last long (Patriots might be the only exception).
Sure, the Steelers have won 6 Super Bowls. But where was that "standard" for the 26 years between Noll's last and Cowhers only? I honestly don't recall everyone calling for Cowher's job the way they do Tomlin's on an annual basis.
Yes, Tomlin has been underachieving in recent years - as have his players. Agree that there should be more playoff wins. But there have only been 58 Super Bowls. The Steelers have won 11% of them.
I don't think many fans realize how hard this shit is. Washington just won it's first playoff game in 19 years, and half of Steelers Nation is bellyaching about 8 years. Some teams have never even sniffed a Super Bowl. We're spoiled.
