On another note, fasting for 23 hours today for the first time and damn am I hungry. Spanky, I know you said that we could eat whatever we wanted during our one hour but I'm mainly focusing on foods that increase circulation for my healing. Salmon, turkey & chicken are a few of the top recommendations according to google.

The first day is tough. Of course I also didn't dive right into 23:1, I was 16:8 for about a week first which is easier getting started, I think. But it gets a lot better after a brief adaptation period. It did for me, anyway.

Well I think it's safe for us to assume you still have legs below the knee since we saw your feet pictures not that long ago!

I really like pale women. I like tan women. Hell, if we were in the Star Trek universe I'd probably like those green women. I just like women.

Whenever I drive by a certain hotel in Rogers, I always get a little smile on my face. It's where I first met a fine young lady from here and she remains the only provider I've seen at that location so it's totally associated with her in my mind. It's been a long time since I've been able to see her but it always brings back happy memories.

But I think I could stand to lose a little. I kind of freaked out the very last week before surgery and started worrying about everything that could possibly go wrong… Turned into nervous eating and I gained nearly 10 pounds in one week. With quitting smoking and the doctor telling me I couldn't have alcohol before surgery, there wasn't a whole lot left to resort to.

Good news, I have all this recoup time to take it off so no one will ever see it.

Very cool on the timing of the surgery. Sounds like you and my 'girls' have a birthday in common! Maybe next year, we should celebrate together? lol
