There is a lot of crap floating around about the Clinton Foundation. First, it is an "A" rated foundation with about 89% of its funding going towards charitable activities. Charity Navigator gave it 4 stars, the highest rating. Bill Clinton started the foundation in 2001. Before Hillary took office, Bill agreed to several terms and conditions regarding fundraising and released a donor list. No improprieties were found. Yes, some large sums of money were accepted from politically sensitive countries such as Saudi Arabia, the same country the U.S. is planning to sell $180 billion of arms to. Hillary herself did not join the foundation until AFTER her term as Secretary of State. So your saying that the Clinton Foundation was accepting gifts from despots and criminals around the world is totally unfounded. Unless you have something to back up that statement other than your own words.

I stand by what I wrote in my previous post. Probably just like you, I have no personal intimate knowledge of the Clinton Foundation and depend on others to gain insight. The following websites I consider to be neutral in assessing the effectiveness of the Clinton Foundation. If you can find any RESPECTED website that says the Clinton Foundation was not legitimate and honest I'd like to see it.
I consider Charity Navigator to be such an independent source of information.
"We looked at the consolidated financial statements (see page 4) and calculated that in 2013, 88.3 percent of spending was designated as going toward program services — $196.6 million out of $222.6 million in reported expenses."
CharityWatch gives the Clinton Foundation an "A" rating:
"Defending the Clintons and their foundation, Democratic pundit Hilary Rosen said "they take no salary, they get no money from it, they take no personal benefit from it." We rated her claim Mostly True."
"A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, overt propaganda, poor or no sourcing to credible information and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for the purpose of profit or influence."
