And to think you were actually "worrying" about this guy? He is kind of my own fucked up soap opera that I watch. I guess I am guilty of voyerism in his ineptness. He is sort of the beta wolf with some dancers I know. We keep him aound for amusement. Which is sick on our part, but he keeps doing it to himself.
As far as the timeline goes, I post new info when I get it. This is almost a blog to me, as I look back at my posts and see what my mindset was when I posted it.
Timeline:
He was busted Saturday Night
His mom calls me Sunday to try to help find him. By the time I return her call she has found him in jail.
I speak to mom and brother finding out new info as it surfaces.
Yesterday I go and see him in jail and find out that it was the same girl all three times.

That's not what I meant. Obviously, the doofus knows prostitution is illegal -- he's been convicted twice before of the offense. I meant that sometimes a defense lawyer may argue an informal mental capacity defense with the DA assigned to the case. The doofus isn't ignorant of the law -- he's just ignorant generally.

SJ's argument basically boils down to, "Judge, look how fucking stupid this guy is. To be so GD dumb, he's really not causing society THAT much harm. Sending him to jail to mingle with real criminals who can take advantage of him and con him into doing God knows what isn't going to do anybody any good, expect the criminals. Fine the SOB and let's thank our lucky stars this is all the harm stupid motherfucker does."
