As a squirter, I felt like chiming in on this bit. It's a talent(?) I discovered in my college days and since then I've been able to pretty much control it. Truth be told, it's not tied into orgasm (for me) in any way, but with the appropriate hydration and penetration (paired with a pushing/pulling sequence on my end) I can do it at the drop of a hat. At times it's involuntary, but still not tied to an O. (And for all the doubters, I also had an ex who was super into GS, and it's certainly not that.)
Squirting was also mentioned in many of my reviews back in ASPD days, but it is sort of a pain in the ass to provide. Aside from the required linens change (and worry of a wet mattress if appointments are too closely stacked) it's also very draining (I know, I know). I definitely have to rehydrate and relax a bit or I'm a bit shaky and tired afterwards. It also dries me out (the wetness of the squirting doesn't pair well with natural lubrication) so it makes most penetration immediately following a tad uncomfortable, even when inorganic lubrication is applied.
