No Scotch here.......however, a good red wine is always fine in my book.
Or a tumbler full of Grey Goose on the Rocks.....depends on the mood or the company, of course.

Well for me it's usually a glass of red wine or a small batch bourbon. Currently working through a 16 yr Black Maple Hill and an 18yr Jefferson's Presidential. Still hoping one of these days to land a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle but just can never find one.

I love Jameson! Give me a shot of Jameson to warm my throat and start off the evening.

Crown Royal Extra Rare is great, it is so smooth, I need more bottles of this.

Caramel Apple Martinis. Half apple pucker, half butterscotch schnapps. Most recipe's call for a little vodka in there, but I think the vodka dilutes it and takes away from the caramel apple flavor.

Chocolate Fire is great too, technically it's called a B-52. I don't care for preparing it with amaretto. I think it's better with equal parts of Bailey's, Grand Marnier, and Kahlua.

Wine's a hard one. Being a part of a wine club, I don't spend much time learning about wines, they just give me two bottles each month.

Saturday mornings, a screwdriver. Pour me a vodka with orange juice and put me outdoors on a patio, and the world disappears.

I'm currently matching whatever I drink to my cigar. Lately it's been ports, but Drambuie, a form of scotch, is always on my list.

I have recently discovered, and subsequently become addicted to, Lavender Gin Martinis. (Made with Hendricks Gin shaken with a touch of lavender syrup)

That's sounds amazingly tasty drink! I will have to try it.

I love sweet white wine. It's good paring with sea foods and sushi. UME SHU is a plum wine. It's sweet but when drink while having sushi it's amazing!
