It all depends....I think society as a whole has a higher tolerance for tattoos than they did a few years ago, obviously. Even though I only have one from my time in the military (years ago), I personally don't mind them...and even have a "suicide girl" fantasy that I haven't fulfilled yet

I know i was one of the 1st ones to comment and would like to add that if tastefully done to where it invites people to study it like a painting in a gallery then its great... but when it resembles the same tats you see on gangsters etc aka prison tats.. kinda makes me want to steer clear..

I personally think this thread illustrates how true it is that different folks enjoy different strokes. I love tattoos on women (with some exception), others don't like them. I personally wish everyone else hated them....more tattooed women for me. lol.

My tats are some what personal, as they should be in my opinion. I have some that are meant for people that are no longer in my life or no longer here anymore. Not names but more of a symbol or a reminder of someone or something.
Sorry I dont feel like sharing all of the meanings with everyone. Its almost like poetry to me. Not everyone shares the meaning of personal things with the public.
