I want to apologize to everyone who has been contacting me and making requests, I had to be taken to the hospital last night, turns out I've got a bad Kidney Infection.. ugh!

Before I leave though..



Bacon wrapped jalapenos with cream cheese!!

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Old Bay
• Pinch of Salt
• 12 Jalapenos, halved & seeded
• 24 – six inch pieces of bacon, uncooked

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine cream cheese and spices in small bowl.
Spoon mixture into each pepper half.
Wrap each in bacon, and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Remove and devour!

Make sure the bacon tips are at the bottom of the Jalapenos when you wrap them otherwise while they bake they come unwrapped as they cook. (as you can kind of tell in my picture) That's my tip!

They are delicious and easy to make! Much love!

I think giving food, drawings, etc. as gifts is a great idea. I think it helps establish the feeling of having a connection, or GFE, with someone.

I recently made some Coconut Malibu Rum Cupcakes.. and I must say, those had the best frosting I have EVER made!!

I'm also feeling much better!
I've also been baking a few special requests too, one of which were pumpkin cinnamon roll popovers! Amazing!
