I personally appreciate NB's post that he is taking off for a month. He is a very established contributor at this board, and I agree that sometimes rumors fly through the boards easily.

What fine lady who has visited with such a great gent would rather wish to wonder if he had taken ill or worse?

What fine lady, who has not visited with him yet, if contacted, would prefer to wonder if his posts had disappeared for a month because he may have been busted, or would choose to easily identify his latest threads and see that he took a month hiatus?

TNT, It seems to me that you joined in this discussion to either 1. be rude, or 2. to enjoy some playful teasing. I commend a lady who can speak her mind, however, I also believe in kindness. I assume from what you have shared, that you do not know the OP either on or off the board. I personally feel you'd do fine in Upstate NY with a lil' finessing. NB has a good point on that. I often find in business everyone shoots emails to each other, and they can easily be taken out of context. I do enjoy playful teasing, although it should be fun and not offensive or hurtful to anyone

NB is a valued member of the Upstate Board as well as a travelled member of the Eccie community and EVERYONE is entitled to a sabbatical or hiatus if they so choose.

His decision to post this as such was probably the easiest way to communicate that he would be incommunicado for a period of time sooooo its something that we can all appreciate! Particularly those of us who respect and enjoy his posts!
