This is what I am thinking on the part about upselling for greek food on the menu, why didn't she serve it up on the first round ? some ppl get full too quick and can't go a with a second dessert. This is a tough one...

No I am not cranky tonight. I'm having a fantastic day! I'm currently traveling and there's nothing to be cranky about. Who cares that you will not see me? There are plenty of others that will and continue to do so. I stated my opinion just like others and you go out of your way to pick on it.

Kandy Kelly, you are no greedy bitch. It's just unfortunate that you are having to think twice about yourself because of this cheap bastard limp dick (CBLD, i just made that up).

I empathize with you. Now let me say this...both parties agreed on a specific times and activities. You spent time to prepare for this said event, you could even say you worked the rest of the day's schedule around for this guy basically bumping up the rest of the clients by an hour.

Both of you engaged with the activities however, you were so damn fantastic that CBLD could not last another round. Remember girls, there is this quote that you should remember. The clients are paying for the block of time you both agreed upon, not the activities that happen within it. If you were to give CBLD a refund then you would be shorting yourself out of a potential hour of income with another client. Why would you do that because he got ED? He is re-negging on the the agreement. If it was in a binding contract, there would be stiff penalties. pun intended.

If his ego wasn't bigger then his head, he should have just asked for an hour. The guy thought he could last two hours with you, he finds out later that's it's not the case then asks for a refund? If that is not a CBLD then i don't know what is. Anyway, remember the text in bold. It's simple as that, nothing else needs to be said.

She's not really the "cranky" type IMO, she's just firm on her tactics. I like that she's realistic and offers constructive criticism.

Anyway, it's better to learn and move forward from these type of scenario's than dwell on it.
