Apparently you are selective about lawsuits, and don't really care if they have any legal substance or merit.
Per you quotes below:

Quote: "But I do care about protecting the integrity and independence of our judicial system."
If you're referring to the post-election lawsuits filed by the GOP back in 2020, you're comparing apples and oranges.
The only people in "self denial" are those who launch frivolous lawfare suits against their political opponents and pretend the suits have any legal substance or merit."

Trump launched over 60+ frivolous lawsuits....many which resulted in his lawyers being fined.
They had no evidence.
They had no legal substance or merit.
They were thrown out by the judges.

At least be consistent when you present your arguments.

Then you go on to suggest Trump and the DOJ should start filing more lawsuits.
Well, Trump is off to a good start....many of his personal lawyers are now with the DOJ.

Good grief! There you go again.

I just pointed out how all 34 counts were part of one single "crime". The cost of the NDAs was billed to the Trump Organization in 34 instalments. The prosecution filed a separate count for each individual payment. This allows trump haters like yourself to exaggerate the seriousness of the case. It's completely bogus and misleading. Yet even after I pointed this out, you go right back and prove my point (again) by saying - "not 1, not 2, but 34 counts."

The voters and most Americans were on to this trick. What I can't figure out is - why do you continue to reach for it after I exposed it as a silly farce?

You won't explain exactly what "deed" trump was accused of because you can't. At least not without making it very clear to everyone just how phony and trumped-up the whole case is.

Once again, you're way off topic by bringing up the GOP's 2020 post-election lawsuits. Some of them may have been found to be without merit, but NONE of them abused our federal, state or county prosecutorial offices or sought to put Joe Biden in jail for made-up "crimes". You're comparing apples and oranges, as every non-TDS-afflicted voter recognizes.

And no, I'm not suggesting Trump should lower himself to the level of Biden/Garland by pursuing similar lawfare suits against the Dims. I merely asked whether you would "see it more clearly" if that happened. By "it" I mean how horribly damaging this strategy (invented by the Dims) is to our judiciary and our democracy.

Trump is a convicted felon.

Deal with it, instead of trying to turn the thread into yet another back and forth blabbering.

Lol. I'm not a trumper and it doesn't bother me if you call him a gangsta.

What DOES bother me is the political weaponization of our judicial system and the fact that nobody here is capable of explaining why this case was brought in the first case, let alone defending and justifying the verdict and/or the "sentence".
