I heard a good one the other day: A minor crosses State lines and arms himself with a firearm that he cannot legally possess. He violates a curfew, and then confronts an armed, angry mob, that proceeds to react...badly. Then he sez.... "shots are on me!" And everything turned out fine.

It was an honest mistake. Who would have thought you could be classified as a child when you dress up for war and head out to an uprising with an AR-15.
Now because of bad laws that allow murder based on a jury perception of Mini Mee’s level of fear, we will have to hear how all this is right, just and moral.

Well, pal, I don't know where you went to law school, but where I did, in the first year we were taught not to bring Felony Murder charges before a judge and jury unless we have evidence. Lots and lots of evidence. Not sensation. Not politics. Evidence. And the preponderence of the evidence in this case called for a "Not Guilty" verdict. You may not like it; that is your choice. If the media wants to make hay; that is their choice.
