Yes Bellaire Massage, some of the letters were missing for quite some time until they eventually replaced them. I'm starting to think that perhaps I went to the wrong place. Googling the phone number lead me to a place called "Bella Massage" that is past Synott. A Google search just now brought up another placed actually called "Bellaire Massage" that near Bellaire and Bissonnet.
There was a girl at Bella that was younger and very doable but I would say she was a little older than the OP suggested, did not have glasses on and didn't respond to the name Lily at all.
