While a protest was going on blocking U.S. Hwy 64 because of the Briana Taylor shooting in Louisville, 10 blocks away a 15 year old black girl was shot to death sitting in a parked car. The 20th child homicide in May of 2020. There was never a protest for her. There was never a protest for any of the 255.

The maximum he can get is 40 years. The third degree murder and second degree manslaughter convictions are lesser-included offenses meaning he will be sentenced on the second degree unintentional murder which maxes out at 40. It is up to the judge how close to 40 he gets.


Your prediction is wrong. You would know that if you went to more than one source for information.
