At the same time, federal spending in fiscal 2020 (which ended last September 30) alone went from $4.4 trillion to $6.55 trillion! In other words, spending soared by more than 14 times the amount of the tax cuts you keep crying and whining about!

Anyone with even a fleeting grasp of the federal budget numbers knows Uncle Sam has an out-of-control spending problem. To deny the obvious and quibble instead about the revenue side of the equation is like saying the Titantic can be saved if we just rearrange a few deck chairs!
