Well you ever heard of "Benfords law" one way or the other showing massive fraud for Joeys and hoeys
At the very least should be looked into, and again thanks to the dim-wits for letting it happen

I'm not going to read this whole thread, but to those saying where is the evidence? Affidavits are evidence.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affidavit
Quote:
An affidavit is a type of verified statement or showing, or in other words, it contains a verification, which means that it is made under oath or penalty of perjury, and this serves as evidence for its veracity and is required in court proceedings.
|
The PA lawsuit filed yesterday had over 140 affidavits. So, to say there is "no evidence" is incorrect. What I think a lot of people think of evidence is what is found in discovery, or an audit (actual tampered ballots, forensic irregularities, etc.).
With that said, Giuliani et al are going for the immediate kill shot in getting these ballots summarily thrown out because of the behavior of the election officials not allowing proper access for GOP observers to ensure integrity of the count, as mandated by federal law and supplemented by court order in this case (among other behaviors detailed in the affidavits). Not sure how well that argument will work with just the affidavits, though.

By the way, if the Democrats aren't looking to start filing their own suits in NC, given how close that race has become, it would be foolish of them.

Wrong. Testimony is evidence. You can’t just introduce affidavits at trial. And testimony is only evidence to the extent that it’s a reflection of personal knowledge of the subject of the testimony.

Testimony is a stronger form of evidence...but affidavits are still evidence that can be used in court proceedings.

Giuliani screwed the pooch on this.
Twitler has been screaming fraud since 2016, but his PA suit doesn’t allege it.
They don’t have their shit together. No proof. No focused effort. Just reacting to Twitlers bunker tirades.
Yawn...

Just one of the many ways you can tell an actual intelligent person from a clown. Evidence has been presented. Whether it is found to be factual, is up to the courts to decide. When someone keeps yelling "show me the evidence", they are either unaware that evidence has been presented or they simply do not care and assume that he who yells the loudest, disseminates disinformation the most, wins.
A person of true intellect will recognize that all this is perfectly legal and necessary for the most people to come to terms that we still have free and fair elections in this country.
If Biden won legally, you have nothing to fear so quite whining and let this run it's legal course. The odds are still over-whelming that Biden will win.
The fact is, fraud has been committed either by accident or on purpose. That is why evidence is presented and evaluated. If you won legally, you have nothing to worry about.

Affidavits are not proof of anything. An affidavit is a sworn statement that is subject to all the evidentiary rules such as hearsay sndfoundation. I can sign an affidavit that says I think SecretE sucks dick. That doesn’t prove that secretE does so. Just as I could testify to same, but that doesn’t prove it’s truthfulness.
Hence, you need additional proof to corroborate what’s testified to. Affidavits in and of themselves are not evidence of anything.

Evidence of fraud has not been presented. The lawyers haven’t even alleged fraud because they have no evidence of same. Biden has won. There is no fraud (which can’t be accidental to be fraud - requires intent) that will make any difference in the result.
If you want the legal process to play out won’t you quit alleging fraud. Is there a need to make sure all votes are counted, sure. But you keep alleging that fraud occurred, without evidence that proves the fraud you’re alleging. Stop making the allegation and we’ll stop saying there’s no proof.

In your example, you are one person claiming I like the "company of men". Not a lot of voracity with just your claim alone, and you probably wouldn't be able to compel me to produce any other evidence to the contrary. Try over 140 people, under potential penalty for lying under oath. Then, we probably can get the court to make me hand over my schedule to see who I go on dates with.

I agree. Trump has a huge mountain to climb. With that said, if the final major piece of Trump's legacy was shining some light on these elections issues, and get that back into the national discourse, that would be a nice consolation to me.

An affidavit isn't "evidence" if said affidavit is, ostensibly, bullshit.
How do you think the cross plays on the first guy, THE VERY FIRST ONE, that Rudy trotted out?

They are going to lose spectacularly. Philly streamed the whole operation in high def video. The world could watch it. Allegheny county had people 6-8 people from the festivities.
The matching "supreme court case" for the post-election day ballots won't matter, because there are 7800 of them. Biden is going to be certified, let's call it, a 60-100k vote lead. That is, I believe, what they refer to in the first year of law school as "moot."
All trumplestiltskin is doing at this point is emboldening our enemies and fucking with an orderly transition. He's out on inauguration day.
All this is is performance art to keep the trolls and those giving money doing both. These groups just aren't smart enough to know it yet. He does love the uneducated.
