I am sure these girls, mamas, owners, or Korean/Chinese drivers/workers been to these contaminated countries late last year or this year. Flights from DFW to both countries are so cheap that I would visit my country often if I am from there.
All these makes high chance of Corona in amps and I am not brave enough to take that chance.

The Asians wear masks during their daily lives because of the impact of SARS back 18 years ago. They found it was a way to prevent the disease from spreading. And since SARS, there is HUGE peer pressure to wear masks when you are sick so you don't spread the sickness. In their densely populated countries, it only makes sense.


This new virus will change the culture in Asia for people to wear masks all the time when out and about I believe. The chances are too high for a transmissible virus to blow up there, and after people have been locked in their houses for two months, the memory will be there for the rest of their lives.

George is just butt hurt over the AMPs for some reason. Hence his new handle that he refuses to address. As for the risks of Corona at an AMP it is not any higher than anywhere else. In fact, the one case confirmed in Texas was from a suspected individual quarantined in a hotel in San Antonio. Most likely no Asians were even involved in this incident. However if you were getting some Indy nookie in a hotel in San Antonio you have at least been exposed more than anyone in Dallas to date.

The troll wants us to believe that AMPs are more at risk but consider this scenario. A person infected with Corona flys to the US from China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan (what ever bc he thinks they are all the same) and this person has a bad case of shits in addition to the Corona cough. After he gets off the plane he runs to the men’s room inside the airport and shits and coughs Corona all over the floor and sink and on several unsuspecting victims. This exposure alone has the potential to infect multiple parties and spread to their destinations.
Then let’s say the infected person decides to go to the drug store, and then he says fuck it and goes to the liquor store or titty bar or hotel before the hospital.

That’s a trail of Corona shit and cough that has absolutely nothing to do with an AMP as George wants to single them out.

Why is Gorge not acknowledging risk factors outside the AMPs?

Possibly the most uninformed and obviously wrong statement I've read in a long time. He is correct that they are the two worst outbreak countries, but the situation in Korea and in China are most certainly not the same. It's not even the same throughout Korea and certainly not the same throughout China.

I could go on about how the Korean cases are largely concentrated in Daegu, due mainly to a church (labeled by many a "cult") that seems to be responsible for spreading many of the cases. Or, about how most of the cases in China are in Hubei province and its capital Wuhan; how Hubei province is quarantined and it's almost impossible for a civilian to get in or out these days; and how the number of cases in Beijing and Shanghai are almost negligible compared to the population; or about how the number of new cases in Hubei is decreasing and many locations in China are reporting almost no new cases. Or about how most of the people seriously affected by the virus already had other serious underlying health problems. But I don't think any of that is going to matter when someone has his mind made up.

There's nothing wrong with people exercising reasonable and prudent precautions, but uninformed wild speculation just drives unnecessary panic.
