But he still followed the rules in beating 16 Republicans in the primaries and winning an electoral college majority in the 2016 general election. The trump haters have no rational basis for thinking he "cut in line" or didn't ascend to the Presidency fairly and legitimately.

I would say in answer to chungy's question - the reason the lib-retarded left hates trumpy so passionately is that he has no filter. When he tells them to go fuck themselves, he doesn't do it in a polite, discreet or gentlemanly way. This makes them go berserk. They lose control, becoming hysterical and irrational. They rant and say stupid things and lie about whatever it is trump said. In the end, their discombobulated reactions bother me much more than whatever came out of trump's mouth in the first place.
