It is interesting that when I started searching back into these posts and discovered that except for "way to go boys" and his venom the Bishop doesn't meet any providers on this site but I also discovered this mythical JG. He last posted in May, mid-May, and I asked myself why this would occur. He does talk about his college plans a lot so that might be a clue. He was also engaged with LM and DD into some serious talks. I even got a whiff of veiled threats on the part of a couple of people to "out" his real name. Taking this into account I think he may have gone underground or even left the country for a time. He mentioned Germany at one point. Could be part of his school plans. Another alternative is that he was always a convenient alternate reality for someone else on the board and his time was done. Unlike the Bishop, he did visit some providers and posted reviews.

When I posted the word a**holes, what made you think I was talking about you? I guess you think the name fits and I guess you're right. Way to stand up for yourself.

As for my vision, this forum with all of the a**holes is not the proper place to display any real knowledge. If you divulge too much then someone will try to find you and liberals are notorious for being violent. Too long a post and no one will read it. No, this place is a place of sound bites. I do have to point out that when I got situated up here and started posting I recieved several compliments about my postings but then you started to think I was someone else. Soon the insults started, not because of what I wrote, but because of who you thought I was. How shallow on your parts.

Once again, I was not in the navy and I was never a cook. I have done time in the army and the guard. That is about as much as I want to tell you but I feel that it will fall on deaf ears and can't squeeze between narrow minds. I do hope that JG does show back up and I expect him to do so. It would be fun to tag team Ms Elena.

Who knows? Maybe, and by maybe I mean this is what he is doing, he started up a new account under JD Barleycorn because he was tired of being teased. He could dish it out, but he couldn't take it. And T9, you haven't described a limited government, you've described a corporatist government, which, IMHO, is just as bad as a communist or fascist regime, and it what prevails in the US right now. Problem is none of us have ever seen a truly capitalist, limited government. All we have is the sideshow of Corporatism which some have erroneously labeled capitalist. This conflict between liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans is all a fiction being fostered by the ruling elite to keep our eyes off of what is truly happening here. If you follow the leaders of those groups all the way up to the top, you will find a disturbing commonality of interest and ideology. And it ain't in our favor.

Well, if we've never seen a truly "limited government", just how do you know what one is? And why are you supporting something that has never existed? You're opposing the current government in favor of an academic impossibility. That would make you a hopeless ideologue who is simply in opposition to the current POTUS, which is what I suspect is the case... You've drank their Kool-aid and now you're making your own - using their recipe, of course.

I'm well aware of the manipulations of the "haves" in both parties. The question is, Are you? You have absorbed and spout a great deal of "conservative" rhetoric which is extremely confounding considering your "understanding" of "commonality of interest and ideology". If you understand so much, why are you falling in line with the typical bullshit - that is - unless your "understanding" is just rhetoric as well. Both sides have rhetoric, you know.

BTW, the "Democrat this" and "Democrat that" and "____ is a Democrat" is pretty indicative of where you stand, even if you claim to be an independent, Mr Partisan. For an "independent" you sure tow the Republican line well

I dont make threats BBD, what would I be threatening to out? Dont you think a comment like this would have been better served through PM. Where in anything I typed did I threaten to out someone? I simply said that I know why he left, is that outting someone, did I threaten to give names and if I really wanted to out someone wouldn't I just have placed the info in the thread instead of asking Papa to PM me? If I threatened to out someone would you please place a quote of my comment making such a threat in a response to me in this thread. In fact I think the only threat being made is being made by you. I do not like the current administration. I did not like the prior administration. The last president we had with any integrity was JFK, IMHO.

And we lost the last vestiges of freedom and limited government in 1913. But I have read the Constitution and I sure think it would be cool if we could just try it and see what it would be like before we give up all hope of liberty. I hold both political parties in equal disdain.

There is nothing to try. Claim to be anti-republican as much as you like, but as stated earlier, you tow the conservative line as well as any neocon. I believe what I see, not what you say. I bet that you are against this administration. oh, and the last and the last. You're against so much, just what in the hell are you for? Do you even know? Show me some of your anti-Bush posts. T9, you are funny. After Rick Perry is elected President (which I adamantly oppose by the way) there will be plenty of anti-Republican posts from me. In fact, i have posted several here against the Republican House of Representatives. I don't have any anti-Bush posts because i didn't find out how much fun this was until recently. I'm old, but new to these kind of boards.

Besides, Bush is in the past. It really doesn't matter if he was an idiot, which he was, what matters now is now. And President Obama is in charge, and making a bad situation worse. But I don't know what choice he has, I think the same people who pulled Bush's strings are pulling his too. And they will be pulling President Perry's. too.

If you think parties make a difference, then it is you who is swallowing the kool aid and party line. Fact is, when the Republicans say the Democrats are evil and trying to destroy the country, they are right. And when the Democrats say the Republicans are evil and trying to destroy the country, they are right, too.

What am I in favor of? Flowers, children, good books, and, oh, yeah. Non-violent revolution and the restoration of a Jeffersonian Republic based on the Constitution within the borders of the United States. Civil, peaceful disobedience.

I guess since I am the supposed target, I do consider it a threat. The problem is that would find out that you have the wrong person which I have been saying for some time now. I suppose if you "outed" an innocent bystander it could be actionable. I guess I was right when I detected threats against JG some time ago in the old postings. Other posters take note of what they will do if they don't like you.

Unless you are John Galt, then I wasn't talking to you or about you. The only outing being talked about is by the moderator. I did not say I was outing anyone, just explaining why JG left the board. The fact that you felt compelled to respond to this, does lead me to believe you are JG or a narsacist who thinks everyone thing is about them, "your so vain, bet you think this song is about you" As for your warning to the board. I am the last person on this board who would be a rat, in my world a rat get exterminated. Besides what could I possibly out a hobbyist about, I am not clarivoant nor do I work for the CIA.
