tia, you should know (and be able to find, since you’re so intelligent) that eccie DOES NOT HAVE RULES. there are only a set of guidelines setup by the owner(s) and admins and “enforced” by the mods w/ backup from the admins & owners. and not all guidelines are written down in the guidelines.

so if they say that a provider who states “no reviews” cannot advertise or promote herself on eccie, that’s the way it goes. period. end.of.story.
