I remember reading that joke somewhere and telling my girlfriend at the time, jokingly, and I think she would have believed it had I not been too honest. She was kind enough to 'go the distance' on occasion nonetheless.
My advice (if anyone is asking) is that, as some have said, BBBJ isn't much less risky but... more of their fluid in your body means more of whatever is in their fluid... in your body.
