I don't mean to sound argumentative, but there are flavored (and non-lubricated) condoms available. Otherwise (for the lack of more knowledge), I would expect carcinogenic exposure through oral pathways to be the same for the mucosal lining of the vagina. And though this is anecdotal, the apparent lack of concern in the mainstream for such toxicological issues with condoms suggests the risks may be negligible with respect to STD's.

One more thing I'd like to add to the discussion is that I do recall now of two instances of AMP workers (gf's of an acquaintance) picking up oral STD 's (kinda surprising since I heard asian sex workers were anal about cleanliness and therefore always engaged in 'covered' sexual practices...turns out not these two).

I wonder how many ladies regularly screen themselves at the doctor for oral STD's (as opposed to addressing symptomatic issues)?

My experience has been that there is a direct correlation between the overall quality of the blowjob and the state of mind of the provider.

Whether their aversion is based on taste, texture, or safety it is going to impact their performance.

Show me a provider that enjoys the taste of cumm (if such a creature REALLY exists) or at least has no worry about CIM, and I will show you a woman that probably gives more than a decent blow job.
